    (一) 内容:
    3分 内容切题,意思连贯,表达清楚,字数40以上。
    2分 内容切题,意思连贯,表达清楚,字数40以下。在此基础上,字数31-35扣0.5分,25-30扣1分,以此类推。
    1分 内容不够切题,意思不够连贯,表达不够清楚、离题目要求较远。
    0分 文不对题,或抄袭试卷上其它文章。
    (二) 语言:
    1) 拼写、语法:每错扣0.5分,同一错误不重复计数。(eg: 1. He like a banana. He want a cup of milk. 扣0.5分,因为是同一类句型。2. I are five. I can swimming. 扣1分,因为是2种不同句型。)
    2) 语言分最多扣3分。
    3) 为鼓励学生多写,凡内容切题,意思连贯,表达清楚,字数55以上者,只要有9句句子全对,其它的句子有用法错也不扣分。
    (三) 组织结构:
    1) 内容充实、不写废话;上下文连贯、用语规范、表达准确、无或少见语法错误,且词汇和句型句式运用恰当,词汇短语丰富、有好的句型和表达,可给1分。
    2) 一般情况下,内容和语言累积得分在5分以上者(含),方可得到1分组织结构分。
    3) 内容和语言累积不足5分者,如文中有值得肯定的好的句型和表达,可酌情考虑给0.5分组织结构分。
    4) 通篇句型、句式单一,词汇贫乏者,即使无语法错误,一般不给组织结构分。
    (四) 书写分1分(包括大小写标点符号)
    1. 标点符号,大小写:每两处错误扣0.5分。
    2. 不符合书写规则(如字母书写,作文格式)扣0.5-1分。

  • 一、五种句型

    1.      to be句型be动词am, is are

    2.      to have句型:表示某人有have, has / have got, has got

    3.      there be句型:表示某个地方有①就近原则 ②问某处有什么What’s+地点?

    4.      祈使句:①没有主语 ②动词用原形 ③否定句在动词前加don’t Let 也是祈使句

    5.      情态动词句can能、会 may可以 should应该 must 必须 mustn’t不准,不允许 ①动词用原型 must的否定形式:mustn’t Must I do my homework now? Yes, you must./ No, you needn’t.

    二、           三种时态:

    1.      现在进行时态:主语+be动词+现在分词

    2.      一般现在时态:①肯定句:主语+动词(主语三单,动词三单;主语非三单,动词原形)②疑问句,否定句:使用助动词dodoes(用了助动词,动词用原型)

    3.      一般将来时态:①主语+will+动词原形 ②主语+be going to+动词原形

    三、           特殊疑问句:

    1.      When …?在什么时候? 2. What time …?在几点? 3. How long …?多久?

    4. How often …?多久一次?问频率 5. How many times …?多少次?问次数

    6.How much …?多少价钱?或问不可数名词的数量

    四、选择疑问句:前半句是一句一般疑问句

    困扰

    有的家长说老师你对我们家孩子严厉一点,有的家长说老师订正是不是太多了,有的家长会帮孩子把题目都抄好。由于四年级家长和我沟通不如一年级家长那么多,所以对自己的教学反馈有些困惑。是我紧了还是我松了?


    众口难调,我还是决定坚持自己原来的风格,有什么意见和建议也希望各位家长在这里给我留言。

    听到有的听课老师说XX以前上课不举手一点不积极,现在很主动啊,这时候觉得很欣慰。
    看到2班的孩子在我几次批评下,纪律越来越好,各方面都有进步,感到很宽慰。
    3班的男孩子从刚接手时课文读得极其难听,到现在基本能和班里女生平分秋色,我也感到十分有成就感。

    教学的实效性可能就体现在这些小细节,希望各位家长能在日常学习过程中把遇到的问题及时和我进行交流,帮助孩子们更加快速有效地成长。

    马上就要5年级了,暑假的重点还是多背阅读一百篇的单词,扩大词汇量,对孩子有更高要求的家长尽量去报名一些品牌教育机构的英语口语班,宝山地区的孩子英语口头表达能力还是比较逊色的,望大家一起努力。

    排练集体舞的时候,被他们气的摔门就走了,可后来才知道我走了他们很多人都哭了,第2天一早他们还自发特地去小花园排练,要知道这是一批多爱睡懒觉爱迟到的小淘气啊。。。

    上区公开课之前超级紧张,在走廊里带着耳麦,整理1班排队,他们笑我像FBI,忘记是金磊还是胡长琪对我说了一句老师别紧张,我真的就感觉好了很多。

    合唱比赛的时候,我的班是着装最整齐,最帅气的班级,给他们挑了蜗牛,排练的时候录了下来,到现在都在我的903里,多好听的声音呀

    三八妇女节,学校要学生对女老师写祝福的话,他们用不熟练的英文给我写了很多可爱的信,

    生日的时候大家签名的贺卡,小猪的海报,我喜欢的巧克力,享受着他们对我的宠爱,

    经常爱换包包,有一次换了新包包,一个小苗苗说“哇,老师又换包了”许海银就说了一句“哎,没办法,女人嘛。。。”小大人的样子又好气又好笑,这家伙还曾经在写作文的时候用了terrible来形容我,真是气死我了啊,呵呵

    还有经常会和我像朋友一样聊天的小67,(记得我去小学部后,67有一次单独来我办公室看我,没头没脑问我一句现在感觉怎么样,突然让我觉得眼前就是个大人呀。我生气的时候还会对我说别任性。无敌小大人67。真的非常喜欢。)还有生日和节日都会送给我祝福的小周斌,异常异常地想念我的帅气小朋友们,记得有一次班会还是午会,孙屹东笑得都掉眼泪了,

    以前虽然很辛苦,但是总觉得特别特别快乐,我喜欢这些看起来没药救,被很多老师抛弃的孩子们,虽然他们成绩差,可就英文来说,我看到了他们的努力,从6年级刚接手时低于区平均2分,到7年级高于区平均2分,你们在进步,我很欣慰,看到原来只有30几分的陈磊,在我即将离开的那次7年级考试考了60多分,我真的很高兴。

    在教1年级的时候,每天早上校门口排队的地方都会有陈诗怡为首的孩子们对我大叫,卢老师快回来啊,快来救救我们!放学的时候会有大孩子和小孩子一起在老远的地方和我挥手大叫我的名字和我再见。夕阳下有好多幸福的瞬间。有一次饿得不行,下班买了个鸡蛋饼,调皮的孩子老远就喊,哇,卢老师买鸡蛋饼!!!!大惊小怪的样子也很可爱。

    很久不见的时候,小男生会说,哇,卢老师瘦了!时杰会说,你这么说卢老师要不开心的,难道卢老师本来很胖么?应该说卢老师越来越瘦了。。。一个个小马屁都温暖了我的心。

    新接班的老师告诉我,她对他们说,她好比他们的后妈,他们大声回答到“那卢老师就是我们亲妈。。。。”第一次听到这的时候,眼泪立刻滚了出来。

    分别已经两年了,还会有孩子问我,老师我们能不能来你家玩?还会有孩子在QQ上对我说,老师,周末我们要中考了,请赐予我们力量吧!让我觉得自己在他们的心目中就像万能的神!哈哈哈哈哈哈~ 经常会提醒我“我们要篮球比赛了哦,记得来看哦”“我们要运动会咯,卢老师你来不来啊?”想起这些,又有些离别的伤感。

    以前爱吓唬他们写1000字检查,难得真的罚了一次,陈磊很认真的写了一篇检查给我,记录了很多我说的话和他自己的想法,我知道我的孩子们很喜欢我,我很欣慰,我觉得一个老师最重要的是有能力去爱自己的学生,他们爱你了,自然会投入到你的课堂,记住你的声音,记住你的话。

    谢谢我的孩子们,你们给了我很多温暖又珍贵的回忆,

    明天是你们参加人生第一次重要大考的日子,深爱你们的我,祝福你们顺顺利利,实现自己的愿望!

    感慨

    我是一名刚转到这里的新老师,可是我对这里并不陌生,因为我在这个学校待了9年,是这所学校成立后的第一届毕业生,虽然我读书时一直就读于提高班,但我知道我们学校的平行班也不比其他学校差. 所以当我转来前,对我即将见面的学生有比较高的期望,但真正接手后,觉得心理落差很大.对比自己去年带的一年级,由衷地觉得那些一年级的小苗苗相当出色(虽然我原来的学校也是一所9年制学校,但生源一定比不上这里).在过去的一年里,我所带的一年级三个班在参加5校联考时,分别获得了第1,4,6的好成绩,(5所学校共20多个班级).  但是今天,在我对四(2)和四(3)进行了第一次摸底性的单元测试后,我觉得前途不容乐观,问题比较严重,基础知识不扎实,听力错误率高,写作能力低.需要抓的问题有很多,有点不知所措了.

    有的家长十分急切地问我,X老师,我的孩子在学校怎么样?我只能说声抱歉,请再给我一点时间,目前为止我给他们上了3节课,进行了一次摸底考试,有很多学生我不能顺利对上名字,所以请给我一段时间,让我适应和了解你们的每一个孩子.

    目前最强烈的感觉如下:

    首先,纪律方面比较差.看到老师进教室还没有立刻安静的习惯,而我去年任教的一年级都能做到,何况这些已经成为小哥哥小姐姐的大孩子呢.

    其次,书写十分不到位,在经过第一周的调整后,能看到许多学生和家长的确有重视书写问题,但还是时常发现回家默写和在校默写以及考卷上,字迹潦草,甚至有些恐怖.良好的书写会给阅卷老师一个很好的印象分,为了你的孩子将来在小学毕业考,中考和高考中取得稳定的好成绩,建议家长在字迹上多一点耐心,关注和努力.

  • 请家长在家默本上不要使用红笔批改,请用蓝色或黑色的笔,避免和老师的批改混在一起,望注意!

    原先想每天都把在校情况汇总在网上,但发现实在心有余而力不足,所以我争取每周能汇总2到3次,望家长留心关注.

    今天对学生进行了M1U1的考试,3班的考卷我已经完成了结分工作,90分不多,2名不及格,学生之间差距还是比较大的,我对该考卷的定位是85分左右,但实际相差较大,学生1到3年级的基础知识不如我想象的那么扎实,望大家都能不断努力.等我把2班的考卷批好,会做一个总的分析,望留意.

  • 星期五是我第一次收家默本,以下是我统计的两个班情况,比较明显的是2班忘记签名的学生明显比3班少,我不想批评三班这些家长,因为毕竟是刚接触大家,我们彼此可能还没习惯各自的方式方法,希望大家能慢慢改进.我知道有的家长是认真看过的,只是没有签名而已,所以列在这里的目的不是批评,只是提醒一下:

    2号本和家默本都是每天要签名的,我也经常会在这两本本子上直接给家长留言,所以请家长每天都关心一下.另外,有的家长十分负责,学生回家默写他们都会认真批改,我十分欣慰,唯一一点小建议是希望这些家长批改时请使用黑色或蓝色的笔,打勾时稍微小一点,请不要打非常写意的一个个都大大的勾,这样本子比较整洁,也不容易和我的红笔混淆,麻烦大家了,谢谢.

    望写字不够好的学生 能在家里自己多多操练

  • 各位学生家长好,我是本学期四(2)班及四(3)班的英语老师。今天是第一次和学生见面,也是第一次通过家校互动的平台和各位家长交流。
    以下是我今天和学生接触有的几点感想和意见:
    1. 课堂纪律尚可,男生略差于女生,精神面貌不如女生。
    2. 举手比较积极, 有的孩子很踊跃回答老师的问题,参与课堂活动.
    3. 字迹问题严重,请各位家长和学生注意,以后交给卢老师的所有作业和书本都是用铅笔记录,不需要水笔,圆珠笔.(家长签名或自批可例外).学生英语字体都写的不尽如人意,大小写字母区分不明显,四线3格不好好写规范,字迹潦草.接下来,对于不能令我满意的学生,我要布置额外的抄写作业了,望家长见谅.
       针对此问题,近期我会上传规范的英语26个字母书写至家校互动论坛,望有心的家长能关注一下.
       为什么花那么多时间讲这些,是因为今天拿到孩子们作业的一刻,我真的心理落差太大,学生很积极地来给我批改作业是很不错的开始,但是字迹和我去年教的一年级相差实在不是1条大马路的距离,希望能从4年级积极认真的把字写好,望家长配合.谢谢大家


    最后提几点要求:
    1.请家长准备10本左右的英语本子供本学期使用,放2本在书包里随时备用,另外麻烦家长把本子左右一厘米处都用铅笔划线.(注意规范) 好的习惯是成功的开始.
    2.关于默写,请有英语能力的家长尽量使用英语报单词,其实也就是听写,每天的回家默写和课堂默写都要有家长签名,请不要让学生自行默写,这样对其发展并不有利,虽然的确耽误了家长的休息时间,但我想日后收获的进步会让你感到欣慰的.一分耕耘一分收获,我想,学生如此,家长也亦如此吧.
    3.我的习惯是和家长多沟通,默写不好了,上课不好了,我可能都会及时给你打电话,对于回家作业有疑问请直接打我手机 139179***** 我每天都会布置英语作业,主要为口头和书面,预习和复习作业,如果哪天发现没有英语作业请及时联系.

    11月12日下午1点将进行英语期中考试:
    本次考试范围:书本P2~29
    一、听力 (每道题读2遍)
    1、圈出你所听到的图片 (注意圈在字母A或B上) 16分
    2、听录音,判断对错(在括号内打勾或打叉)    18分
    3、听录音,给图片编号(在括号内根据听到的先后顺序,填写1234或12345) 36分
    4、听录音,将人物和物品连线  10分 (如:I'm Kitty. This is my nose.那么就将Kitty和鼻子的图片用尺连起来) 人物都在书本第一页,家长可以再带孩子认识一遍,他们现在应该已经很能熟练地根据图片认出是哪位小朋友了。比较容易忘记的是Alice和Ben,有时图片也会画爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶,可以把18页图片也复习下。

    二、笔试
    1、看图片,圈单词 12分
    2、看图片,圈单词 8分 (和笔试第一大题的区别是有句子)
    如 Give me a __________(rubber, ruler), please.  右边画了一张橡皮的图片
    那么就直接圈出rubber,如果题目里没出现字母代号A和B 就不要乱填A、B。

    大家在认真复习五角星和三角形考卷的同时,也把08年考卷和我下周将进行的2次模拟考试的考卷好好复习一下。熟练掌握题型。


    首先, 我想感谢一(1)、一(2)、一(3)全体家长认真配合我完成了开学10周来的教学工作。在这2个月里,每天只有40分钟英语课,每周四节,孩子们在短短的时间内能顺利背默43个重点单词,离不开家长的配合和辛勤付出。在每天批改默写的过程中,我发现1班和3班有几名非常认真和有要求的家长,他们不但天天坚持默当天布置的单词,还会默写一些句子,虽然一年级是不要求默写句子的,但是有这样严格的家长,才有成绩出色的孩子。当然也有一些家长可能工作比较繁忙,无暇顾及孩子的学习,孩子有好几天作业没订正,他们仍然签了名。希望以后这样的情况能有所改善。毕竟孩子还比较小,不能期望他每天都自觉高效地完成各项作业,只有现在把学习习惯培养好了,才能在日后做一个省心的家长。
     
    下周我会给学生们再做两张模拟卷,请家长有时间的话,针对不同题型的不同要求辅导下孩子,因为有的孩子到现在还是会有这样的错误,比如给图片编序号,也就是把数字1234按听到的顺序分别填进括号里,但有的孩子就会在括号里打勾打叉;又比如根据图片圈出正确的单词,明明只要在单词上划圈,题目里根本没有出现A或者B这样的代号,有孩子还是在横线上填写AB。我之前每次都给他们报题目要求,下周开始要靠他们自己读题完成考卷了,请家长在拿到考卷后针对孩子错的地方,适当的辅导一下,因为我在课堂上的讲评是针对每个孩子的,可能不能一一照顾到,如有疏忽,请见谅。
     
    另外,个别同学写字比较慢,听力都是报两遍,写字慢的可能会来不及,所以平时动作要加快,在家做作业也尽量控制下时间,不要拖拉,当中不要因为吃饭,吃水果,看电视这样的情况而停顿下来,要做就一次做完,在认真的基础上,动作要快。
